When running the exclusion data report for the current year, I have noticed that it is not pulling through the data for learners who have left. Exclusion data should be included for the period, whether the student was on roll or not. For example, I know that there has been a permanent exclusion this academic year, however this is not showing in any of the data because they have left. This then means the data is not accurate.
The same is true of the suspension data, I have identified a student who I know has left and received a suspension this academic year but they do not appear on the list of suspensions in the drill through.
